Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Catering Supervisor to join our team at Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2XJ.
The Catering Supervisor will oversee all aspects of catering operations, support with the management of the team, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
* Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring food preparation, presentation, and service meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Lead, train, and coordinate catering staff, managing rotas, performance, and on-the-job coaching to maintain efficient service
* Monitor food safety and compliance, enforcing health & safety regulations, allergen controls, and cleanliness requirements
* Manage stock and supplies, including ordering, inventory control, and minimising waste while staying within budget
* Liaise with clients and management, handling special requests, resolving service issues, and supporting events or functions delivery
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
* Ability to pass a DBS
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and compliance.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations.
