Job Description
The Environment Agency is transforming through a centralised Portfolio Management Office (PMO) that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We’re seeking two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. You will be part of the PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio, helping to set standards for benefits and value management and embedding them. You will help teams identify, value and validate their project benefits, ensuring strategic alignment and evidence-based decision making to manage risk across change and transformation. Experience/Skills Required
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills, able to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, actively encouraging consideration of diversity in work.
* You’ll have a range of development opportunities and appropriate training will be provided.
