Avendra International is expanding its commercial team and looking for a driven and strategic New Business Manager to lead growth in the hospitality and hotel sector. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value through tailored procurement solutions.
Job Purpose
As a New Business Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities with large independent hotels and hotel groups. You’ll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and delivering commercial proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sector-specific sales plan to exceed new business targets.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers across the hospitality industry.
* Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
* Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
* Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
* Ensure a smooth transition to operations and maintain early-stage client engagement.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a confident, proactive sales professional with a strong background in service-based B2B sales—ideally within the hospitality or hotel sector.
✅ Experience & Background
* Proven success in new business development within a professional services environment.
* Strong track record of selling into the hospitality sector, preferably hotels.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close.
* A natural networker with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and activity.
