About the Role We are working with a respected care provider to recruit dedicated Support Workers to join specialist services supporting adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities Support individuals in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Encourage independence and empower service users to make choices about their lives. Provide emotional support and build positive relationships based on trust and respect. Promote community inclusion, supporting individuals to access education, employment, and leisure activities. Follow individual care and support plans, ensuring goals and outcomes are achieved. Maintain accurate records, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance with CQC standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver holistic care. About You Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals. Previous care experience desirable but not essential -full training provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
