Job Title: Systems Analyst – Unit4 ERPx
Location: Oxford / Cambridge / Lancaster region (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join a professional services organisation delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most complex Unit4 ERPx implementations in the sector, supporting finance, tenders, and project billing modules while driving automation, cloud integration, and process improvements.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring ERP reliability, managing integrations, and supporting 450+ users across a hybrid environment. Working closely with the IT Manager, CFO, and external consultants, you’ll help shape the future of ERP systems within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and support Unit4 ERPx (versions 6 & 7) modules.
* Develop and maintain SQL reports, dashboards, and data solutions.
* Manage ongoing data integration (historic finance transactions, tenders, multi‑year projects).
* Support Azure cloud integration including AD, SSO, and MFA.
* Ensure compliance with disaster recovery plans and SLA monitoring.
* Provide user acceptance support for 450+ users.
* Collaborate with Unit4 consultants to ensure skills transfer and knowledge sharing.
* Work with senior stakeholders to advance ERP strategy and automation.
Technical Environment
* ERP: Unit4 ERPx (versions 6 & 7).
* Cloud: Microsoft Azure (AD, SSO, MFA).
* Reporting: SQL, dashboards, bespoke reporting.
* Integration: GCON4 iConnect (desirable).
* Finance Modules: Cash book, chart of accounts, tenders, project billing.
Ideal Experience
* Strong background in ERP systems analysis and support.
* Proven Unit4 ERPx experience (versions 6 & 7).
* SQL reporting and dashboard development.
* Knowledge of finance systems and project billing.
* Experience with Azure cloud services and authentication.
Bonus:
* GCON4 iConnect integration experience.
* Hybrid ERP model exposure (POS, MP).
* Understanding of tendering processes in professional services.
