We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the capacity to both drive to the day-to-day productivity of the Commercial Department, as well as having a strategic input into the longer-term plans of the business.
With a portfolio that includes a mixture of open market family homes as well as a small selection of care homes, the ideal candidate will have a willingness to be get involved in all aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing / Managing cost plans and budgets
* Front end land appraisals
* Support on all Group procurement
* Value Engineering on prospective sites
* Full oversight on Subcontractor perfomance
