£12.21 - £16.50 per hour
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Aluminium fabricator to join our well-established client based in Bloxwich, West Midlands.

Day to Day Duties
Your day-to-day duties as an aluminium fabricator with our client will be:
* Fabricating aluminium from technical drawings
* assembly of parts
* Completing paperwork
* Performing checks against instructions to ensure product quality and conformity
* Performing regular quality inspections and correcting quality issues as soon as they arise
* Ensuring available stocks of raw materials to maintain productivity
* Ensuring work area is clean and tidy at all times
* Reporting defective parts and product
Essential Skills
Essential skills needed to be a Machine Operative with our client are:
* Aluminium fabrication
* Quality Control Expertise
* Proficient in using hand tools
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working with aluminium or window systems
* Committed attitude to continuous improvement activities such as 5s and Lean Production
Training
* Full training provided on-site, continued development.
