Job Opportunity: iTrent Business Analyst
Location: South Tyneside, NE33
Salary: Band 8 - Competitive, up to £48,226 per annum
Fixed Term until November 2026
Responsibilities
* Lead business process reviews and service design projects
* Map and analyse current and future workflows across HR and Payroll
* Engage stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
* Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, and change delivery
* Ensure compliance with data protection and information governance standards
* Contribute to wider organisational transformation initiatives
What We\'re Looking For
Essential
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience in systems/business management
* Substantial experience in business analysis and service design
* Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence with process mapping tools and data analysis
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous improvement
Desirable
* Business analysis qualification
* Experience in local/central government or NHS
* Familiarity with iTrent system
* Understanding of emerging technologies and digital inclusion
* Experience in user research and change projects
