Intershape is a family‑run agricultural business with over 30 years of support for farmers and rural businesses. We supply innovative, high‑quality products for livestock and equine care, sourced from leading manufacturers and distributed from our central Daventry warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and continuously improve the agricultural product ranges.
* Provide relevant advice to customers about product selection, ensuring they receive the right solutions.
* Manage orders end‑to‑end with precision and maintain accurate product data and pricing.
* Play a key role in enhancing the e‑commerce presence and product listings.
* Work closely with suppliers to build strong, reliable partnerships and support purchasing decisions.
* Monitor stock levels and support stock control reporting.
* Support cross‑functional teams in marketing, sales, and administration.
Qualifications & Skills
* Highly organised, detail‑focused, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
* Excellent communication skills – comfortable supporting farmers and coordinating with suppliers and colleagues.
* Confident with systems, data, and spreadsheets; proactive and solution‑driven.
* Strong initiative – takes ownership and steps in to make things happen without being told.
* Familiarity with farming, agriculture or equine environments.
* Experience with e‑commerce platforms, product listings, stock control or order processing is a strong advantage.
