The Role
The Workshop Co-ordinator plays a key role in keeping our, workshop and engineering teams running efficiently. You will be responsible for managing stock, orders, deliveries, returns and consumables required for engineering operations. Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping at all times.
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
* Use of the company CRM systems for all ordering, booking in/out, stock movements and job allocations.
* Ordering parts and maintaining optimum stock levels, including raising PO numbers and maintaining accurate records.
* Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring all tooling and equipment are safe and calibrated.
* Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries
* Preparing and controlling engineer van stock
* Handling and recording refrigerant gases in line with F-Gas regulations
* Ensuring safe storage of materials, tools and gas cylinders
* Assisting engineers with parts and materials requirements
* Supporting management with stock reports and audits
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Additional Duties:
* Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
Requirements:
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM system software
* Previous experience in a workshop or stores role (HVAC/Refrigeration experience desirable but not essential)
* Good understanding of stock control systems
* Knowledge of refrigerant handling and F-Gas regulations (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Working independently or as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence
* Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
