A high-growth software scale-up is seeking an Customer Success Manager to support the company’s next phase of expansion across the UK and international markets. This commercially focused, relationship-led role sits at the heart of the revenue function and plays a crucial part in driving client success, product adoption, and growth. Working closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams, the Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted partner to both prospects and customers, ensuring they realise measurable value from the platform.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Customer Success Manager will nurture and expand relationships with a portfolio of key customers, support inbound sales opportunities, and help cultivate a highly engaged client community. The role will blend hands-on commercial activity with customer advocacy, including leading demos, supporting onboarding, managing renewals and expansions, and delivering standout client events. Success will be measured by contribution to ARR, retention, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS, with demonstrable strengths in communication, stakeholder management, and commercial thinking. They will be confident leading product demos and client meetings, adept at balancing multiple projects, and motivated by building long-term relationships that drive both customer outcomes and revenue growth. A proactive, creative, and personable approach will be essential, along with strong organisational skills and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
