Bedford based Consultancy company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic telesales team and play a pivotal role in driving ambitious growth plans. They are offering the opportunity to grow into the position of Sales Director as the business continues to scale.

The Role
As the Sales Manager, you’ll head up a growing team of 15+ sales professionals (projected to reach 25 in the next 12 months). The team specialises in outbound B2B calls to UK businesses, generating and converting opportunities with uncapped earning potential.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of telesales professionals.
* Driving performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Managing day-to-day sales operations and delivering results.
* Reporting directly to the Directors and contributing to business strategy.
They are looking for someone proactive, innovative, and ready to grow into a Sales Director role in the near future.
About you
You’re a strong leader who thrives in a sales-driven environment, with a proven record of success in managing and scaling telesales teams.
You’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ experience managing B2B telesales teams of 10+ people.
* A consistent track record of exceeding team targets.
* Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct both development and difficult conversations.
* CRM and sales analytics experience.
