About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso pop‑up boutique in Battersea. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service.
* Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
* Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service‑oriented sales, promoting the unique brand experience.
* Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.
Qualifications
* Retail experience, ideally from a luxury background.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic.
* Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers.
