Factory Operative Must be able to lift 25KG £25,782 per annum Location: Aldridge, Walsall Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift Rotation: Week 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Week 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4:00 PM finish on Friday) Key Responsibilities: Load and unload materials, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently. Operate machinery safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety protocols. Assist with the smooth running of the production line and factory operations. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures. Operate the FLT (if qualified) for material handling when required. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred. FLT/Counterbalance licence is preferred, but training can be provided. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
