We are a General Acute Medical Ward, so knowledge or an interest in Endocrine, Respiratory and Gastroenterology would be an advantage. This is an exciting time to join our Ward with future developments planned. Please note if the role or service is relocated as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder's home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute. Any other changes not related to this relocation will be managed according to the relevant Trust or National terms and conditions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Band 6 post within a General Acute Medical Ward with a focus on Endocrine patients.

Responsibilities
* Support the co-ordination of a busy, 28 bedded ward, while providing leadership to the junior workforce in union with the band 7 clinical lead.
* Contribute to delivering safe, compassionate care and a high quality patient experience.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Part-time Band 6 role in General Acute Medical Ward with a focus on Endocrine patients.
* Enthusiastic, professional individual with strong leadership qualities and commitment to strengthening the existing team.
* Knowledge or interest in Endocrine, Respiratory and Gastroenterology would be an advantage.
