In this pivotal role, you’ll support the training, development, and safety of our colleagues, ensuring they receive a first-class induction and ongoing training to maintain our high standards of Health & Safety.

Key Details
* Location: Bristol Depot (BS11 0YW)
* Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 (8am to 4am Monday to Friday, with flexibility for training across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10am-6pm)
* Pay: £12.66 plus a £30 per week trainer supplement
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging business and site inductions to all new starters.
* Ensure accurate completion of all new starter paperwork.
* Mentor new colleagues during their first 4-6 weeks.
* Help new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and training needs.
* Maintain and update the training matrix for compliance across all Chill departments.
* Provide monthly updates on training activities at Health & Safety meetings.
* Support regular Risk Assessment reviews and deliver new SSOWs and Risk Assessments.
* Conduct Safety Sweeps as needed.
* Deliver regular refresher training for existing colleagues.
* Assist with retraining needs following accident investigations.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong people skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
* Confident communicator with experience in delivering presentations or training.
* Basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* Basic IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
