Your Responsibilities
* Deliver the People strategy with confidence, supporting leaders to embed policies, values, and a high-performing culture.
* Act as a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding managers on all people matters, from engagement and performance to ER cases.
* Lead and implement people initiatives across engagement, ED&I, succession planning, and talent management.
* Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver change, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication.
* Use people metrics to identify trends and shape effective, data-driven interventions.
* Champion employee engagement, supporting programmes such as monthly pulse surveys and Great Place to Work.

About You
Are you a confident, people-focused professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, influencing leaders, and driving positive cultural change? Do you have a solid grounding in UK employment law and a talent for turning people data into meaningful action?
You will be someone who can juggle competing demands with ease, bring accuracy and attention to detail to everything you do, and act as a constructive challenger when better outcomes are possible. Coaching and influencing will come naturally to you, as will turning data into insight that drives smart people decisions. With proven change management skills, you’ll guide stakeholders confidently through transformation while keeping engagement high and disruption low.
You might be a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or an experienced HR Advisor ready to step up - what sets you apart is your ability to support, challenge, and inspire, helping colleagues thrive and leaders deliver with confidence.
