1. Competitive basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

Duties:
6. Deliver locally renowned customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
7. Interpret customer concerns accurately and liaise effectively with technicians
8. Manage customer appointments and schedules efficiently
9. Provide accurate estimates for repair times and costs
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
11. Track vehicles through the workshop and keep customers updated throughout their service
12. Assist with upselling additional services and parts to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Requirements:
13. Proven UK automotive experience as a Service Advisor
14. Excellent communication and organisational skills
15. Ability to deliver VIP level customer service within a fast-paced environment
16. A team player with a professional approach and attention to detail
17. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to Crawley for the long term if required
