Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm - early 1pm finish

Due to recent changes and significant investment, we are looking to recruit a Health and Safety advisor to work in Blackburn that can support with all change and development plans.
In this role, you will support with reviewing all existing procedures and regulations across one site, develop and implement new structures, management systems, policies and procedures, and ensure the continuous improvement of business operations.
The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or similar background with proven experience managing Health & Safety & functions. You should be confident in delivering and implementing change and have a track record of influencing and motivating teams to achieve company goals.
