Our Client is currently recruiting a long term temp to support the business, the purpose of the role is:-
* Support in the testing, training and implementation of the new SAP S4 HANA ERP System
* Teams meetings with SAP developers
* Feedback to the business on development
* Cration of training documents
* Training of current CS team
* Customer Services's s primary (and often first) point of contact with their clients. They are the ambassadors of the companys brand and must act as a liaison providing product and services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
* Main responsibility is the support of customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
* Front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
* They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
* They need to be pro-active and creative in finding solutions for customers.
Key accountabilities of the role:-
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, thereby identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Communicate with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
* Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
You must have a proven track record in Customer Support and have experience of SAP, preferably with SAP S4 Hana.
This is a long term temporary role until at least the end of January
