Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a developing caseload of personal injury claims, including:
2. Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
3. Employer’s Liability & Public Liability (EL/PL)
4. Clinical Negligence
5. Assist senior colleagues with more complex and high-value cases.
6. Conduct legal research; draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other court documents.
7. Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and other relevant parties.
8. Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and internal risk protocols.
9. Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the claims process.
Ideal Candidate
10. Qualified Solicitor, with 0-3 years PQE in England & Wales.
11. Demonstrable experience (or interest) in a range of personal injury matters – ideally including clinical negligence, RTA and EL/PL claims.
12. Strong drafting skills, analytical ability, and negotiation skills.
13. Excellent communication skills and client-handling abilities.
14. Proactive, well organised, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
15. Genuine interest in developing a long-term career specialising in personal injury law.
