Description
The Finance Assistant will;
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Support day-to-day finance operations including invoice processing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and coordination with external accounting, payroll, and HR providers.
* Assist colleagues in adopting new processes, systems, and procedures
* Coordinating the relocation of warehouse stock, equipment, and personnel from a previous site.
* Implement new branding requirements including building signage, vehicle decals, staff uniforms, and internal decoration.
* Manage operational readiness through facilities organisation, procurement, and general housekeeping.
* Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to maintain business continuity during significant organisational change.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 - £20.00, depending on experience.
