About the Role You'll be joining a warm, welcoming residential home supporting seven adults with Learning Disabilities. No two days look the same, and that's part of what makes this role so rewarding. You'll support people to: - Stay connected with family and friends - Enjoy community activities like bowling, theatre trips, days out at the zoo, and more - Take part in fun at-home activities such as board games, movies, and shared meals - Build confidence and independence through daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry) This role also includes regular personal care, delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.
