Driver Hire Lincoln is recruiting a professional HGV Class 2 Driver to support our busy client based in Lincoln. This is a long term on going position, providing consistent and ad hoc work, up to days per week. Position: HGV Class 2 C Driver Location: Lincoln Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Long term - on going Recruiting Office: Driver Hire Lincoln Pay: Basic - £14.82 per hour (first 8 hours) Overtime - £22.23 per hour (overtime after 8 hours) Saturdays £22.23 per hour Sundays and bank holidays £29.64 Weekly PAYE pay every Friday Key Responsibilities: Shifts available = 07:00 starts and 11:00 starts Shifts available between Monday and Sunday 8 - 10 hour days Complete 10-15 deliveries per day locally Drivers mate with you at all times to assist with deliveries Transport goods safely and efficiently Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain delivery records Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients Adhere to all safety and operational procedures Candidate Requirements: Valid UK HGV/LGV Class 2 C licence CPC qualification and digital tachograph card No major endorsements (maximum 6 penalty points) Hi-vis clothing and safety boots Personal transport to get to and from work Positive attitude and willingness to assist If you are interested in this position and are able to commit to long term work, please get in touch or hit the apply button now!
