Clinical Nurse Specialist - Rheumatology
Permanent role, 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate relevant practice development in line with national standards, guidance and best practice through clinical practice, leadership, education, research and audit, reflecting the Health Board clinical governance objectives.
* Work as an integral member of the multi‑disciplinary team to promote clinical and cost‑effective care.
* Supervise and educate staff, promoting personal and professional development within the team.
* Use initiative while working well as part of a team and knowing when to seek advice.
* Apply evidence‑based practice in rheumatology (desirable).
Qualifications & Skills
* Good communication and time‑management skills.
* Ability to supervise and educate staff.
* Knowledge of evidence‑based practice in rheumatology (desirable).
* Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome.
