Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping and janitorial teams.
The successful candidate will have outstanding management skills, be an excellent leader, and capable of inspiring the teams to deliver a consistent standard of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities will include line managing a team of 32 housekeepers, the Supervisor, and the Laundry Supervisor, as well as 2 Janitors, and working closely with other Operational Managers to ensure the smooth running of campus operations.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to manage their own workload, and provide excellent customer care. Flexibility, resilience, and good-humour are also essential.
Qualifications and Benefits
Annual Salary: Depending on experience
