What you'll do: Own the full sales cycle: From strategic lead generation and qualification to compelling presentations and successful deal closure. Become a sector expert: Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of hospitality and leisure businesses. Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across a national client base. Collaborate with a dedicated team: Work alongside industry specialists, leveraging their expertise to deliver tailored solutions. Manage and grow your pipeline: Implement effective pipeline management strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Travel to meet clients: Initially, this role will involve national travel, which will reduce as the team expands. What we're looking for: Proven track record in business development, ideally experience selling a service into the hospitality and leisure sectors. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
