They will manage landlord and tenant relationships, oversee rent and service charge invoicing, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Using technical expertise, they will identify risks, recommend solutions, and contribute to property-related projects including acquisitions, disposals, and accommodation planning. Collaborative working with internal teams and external partners will be key to delivering a seamless, high-quality service aligned with organisational priorities.
