SHEQ Advisor Location: Norfolk
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team based in Norfolk. This position involves supporting high-security civils projects, requiring occasional travel to assist other sites as necessary.

Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
Offer guidance and support to management and teams on SHEQ issues, including creating and implementing site-specific policies.
Manage permitting and inspections, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
Monitor and report on key SHEQ performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
Holds IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications (or is working towards them).
Qualified in SMSTS (Units 1-3).
Skilled in preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and incident reports.
