They pride themselves on their reputation for providing high quality service to their business and personal clients.\n\nThey cater for a wide variety of personal and business clients including high-level companies and self-employed clients. The company have strong values which they use to ensure all clients receive the best advice and customer service.\n\nYou will be working as part of the Administration Team who are often the first point of contact for clients. You will be working alongside the team to provide excellent customer service and to process necessary paperwork following company procedure.\n\n\nJob Description includes:\n\uD83D\uDD39Meeting and greeting clients\n\uD83D\uDD39Answering phones and speaking with clients\n\uD83D\uDD39Helping with enquiries\n\uD83D\uDD39Making appointments\n\uD83D\uDD39Updating the company system\n\uD83D\uDD39Handling incoming and outgoing mail\n\uD83D\uDD39Creating business documents\n\uD83D\uDD39Updating spreadsheets for client accounts\n\uD83D\uDD39Ordering office supplies\n You will be working full time whilst also working towards completing a Level 6 SVQ in Business and Administration. You will be supported throughout and will have lots of opportunities to learn from others.\n\nProfessional communication with clients, team members and external agencies.\n\nWorking with others to provide a high quality customer service to maintain and build on the company's reputation.\n\nFollowing procedures to ensure regulations are adhered to.\n Key qualities include:\n\uD83D\uDD39Good communication skills and able to build relationships\n\uD83D\uDD39Eager to learn and develop\n\uD83D\uDD39Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise\n\uD83D\uDD39Organised and good eye for detail\n\uD83D\uDD39Works well in a team and independently\n\uD83D\uDD39Ability to maintain confidential information\n\nA positive attitude is most important but NAT 5 qualifications in English, Maths and IT/ Computing/ Administration are preferrable.\n\nExperience in Customer Service is also preferrable for this role.\n
