The company have strong values which they use to ensure all clients receive the best advice and customer service.\n\nPlease note this is a 14 month initial contract with the possibility of a permanent role following this for the right candidate.\n\n\nYou will be working as part of the Administration Team who are often the first point of contact for clients. You will be working alongside the team to provide excellent customer service and to process necessary paperwork following company procedure.\n\n\nJob Description includes:\n\uD83D\uDD39Meeting and greeting clients\n\uD83D\uDD39Answering phones and speaking with clients\n\uD83D\uDD39Helping with enquiries\n\uD83D\uDD39Making appointments\n\uD83D\uDD39Updating the company system\n\uD83D\uDD39Handling incoming and outgoing mail\n\uD83D\uDD39Creating business documents\n\uD83D\uDD39Updating spreadsheets for client accounts\n\uD83D\uDD39Ordering office supplies\n \uD83D\uDD38Along with the duties in your role, you will undertake a Level 6 SVQ in Business and Administration and will be supported throughout.\n\n\uD83D\uDD38You will have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of an Administration Assistant role and about the importance of confidentiality.\n\n\uD83D\uDD38You will learn how to communicate with team members, clients and external partners to provide a high level of customer service\n The most important quality you should possess is enthusiasm and motivation to learn on the job.\n\nOther key qualities include:\n\uD83D\uDD39NAT 5 qualifications in English and Maths are preferrable\n\uD83D\uDD39An understanding about good customer service is important\n\uD83D\uDD39Good communication skills and able to build relationships\n\uD83D\uDD39Eager to learn and develop\n\uD83D\uDD39Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise\n\uD83D\uDD39Organised and good eye for detail\n\uD83D\uDD39Works well in a team and independently\n\uD83D\uDD39Ability to maintain confidential information\n\n\nIf you think you are the right candidate for this challenging, fast-paced role, we would love to hear from you!\n
