Job Summary
We are looking for a new Technical Sales Engineer - LVS to be based in our company.
What a typical day looks like:
* Provide technical support to the LVS sales team and clients throughout the enquiry process.
* Engage with clients and consultants to influence design processes, plans, and specifications.
* Contribute to the development of LVS products and facilitate sales execution.
* Review and approve drawings; assist with design, development, and technical submittals during the enquiry stage.
* Minimize exposure and risk by assisting the sales team with technical documentation like CDEs.
* Coordinate key project proposals during handover to operations.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Provide technical direction in product design to drive innovation.
* Identify risks proactively and implement technical solutions for system deficiencies.
* Review customer requirements, identify issues, and recommend solutions that meet company capabilities and customer specifications.
* Maintain required technical documentation.
* Assist with all technical aspects of LVS enquiries as needed.
* Apply company methodology and enforce standards.
* Develop and communicate solutions promptly to meet business needs, coordinating technical activities to prevent delays.
* Promote and develop business opportunities, complying with company regulations.
* Report to the Sales Operations Manager – LVS.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious individual with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a busy environment and demonstrate flexibility.
* Experience interfacing with Electrical Consultants, Lead Electrical Engineers, and End Users.
* Knowledge of Anord Mardix electrical products, services, and competitors.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
