About the Role: We're looking for teachers who can confidently deliver KS3 and KS4 English lessons, following existing schemes of work and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. Responsibilities include: Delivering engaging and structured English lessons Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Following pre-set lesson plans (short-term) or planning and marking (long-term) Supporting students of varying abilities to stay on task Communicating effectively with school staff and leadership teams Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred - ECTs welcome Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature Excellent classroom management skills Adaptable, proactive, and confident in different school environments Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) Legal right to work in the UK Why Work With Us?
