UX Designer – Newcastle (Hybrid, 3 Days On-Site)
Salary: Up to £50,000
We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join a growing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences across a range of digital products, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centred designs that solve real problems. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into engaging and effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
* Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
* Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
About You
* Proven experience in UX design, ideally within digital products or services
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes and outcomes
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
* Solid understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
