As Veritas Education continues its exciting growth across the North East, we are experiencing increased demand from our partner secondary schools in Middlesbrough for reliable, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors.
This is an excellent role for individuals who have experience working with young people and are looking to make a positive impact in the classroom. Whether you're seeking flexible short‑term supply work or more consistent long‑term placements, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability.
Cover Supervisors play a vital part in supporting schools by:
Delivering pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting students across a variety of subjects
Building relationships with pupils and staff across the schoolNo formal teaching qualification is required - just confidence, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed.
