SEMH Teaching Assistant – Pre-Requisites
1. Must drive, and hold a full UK Driving License
2. Must be willing to acquire Business Insurance
3. Core Degree from British University
4. Patient and nurturing
5. Must have previous experience working with SEN
6. Confident and outgoing personality, whilst remaining capable of a professional persona
7. Very high levels of resilience
8. Experience working with students who display challenging behaviours
SEMH Teaching Assistant – Benefits

Teaching Assistant – The Role
15. Full-time, long-term role at a single provision
16. Sociable hours of 08:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday

19. Potentially to support, at times, also with the Secondary students
