PURPOSE OF JOB:
To assist Purchasing with daily procurement order processing, with the potential to learn other aspects of the procurement function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To enter data efficiently and accurately within specified timescales
* Attention to detail is foremost
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Raising Purchasing Orders
* Chasing Order Confirmations and ETA’s
* Obtaining fulfilments & POD’s
* Raising and processing Returns
* Analysing Stock
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
* A-C GCSE Mathematics & English - Essential
Years of Experience
* 1+ Years Experience in similar role - Desirable
