Are you ready to shape the future of product design in a rapidly scaling SaaS company? Loop Recruitment are looking for a Staff/Principal Product Designer to drive innovation, champion user insights, and influence product strategy at the highest level.

What you’ll do:
* Lead research strategy across multiple product streams, influencing at C-suite and leadership level.
* Embed user insights into design, product, and business decisions.
* Drive innovation through evidence-based research and testing.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape end-to-end user experiences.
* Mentor and guide teams to elevate research practices across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior level in Design.
* Expert in UX Research
* Background in product-led organisations
* Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with the ability to bridge research and design.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset, but comfortable staying hands-on with research where needed.
