Salary: Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale (£41,147 - £58,812 or £62,077 - £65,990 + Special Schools Allowance of £4,227 per annum)

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-impact, personalised learning programmes that meet the diverse needs of pupils within an ALN setting.
Work as part of an effective team, sharing responsibility for the school's success and upholding its therapeutic ethos.
Champion the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have the support needed for both personal and academic growth.
Actively promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils, maintaining a secure and calm learning environment.
Participate in professional and supervisory duties as directed by the Headteacher to support the school's wider aims.
Requirements:
QTS and expirience teaching primary students with SEND.
Substantial experience working in a special needs setting, ideally within a primary phase.
Have effective organisational and classroom management skills. Possess experience,
understanding, and skills relevant to the specific responsibilities of the role.
Training and qualification in TEAM TEACH - If this qualification is not held, this must be
