* Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized store environment.
Sales & Service:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
* Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
Operational Support:
* Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
* Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.
