Now, we’re looking for a B2B Business Development Specialist to help deliver on that promise in the Netherlands. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution, and your ability to connect, advise, and close will help businesses go further, faster.
In this role, you’ll:
* Drive B2B sales by presenting Hightekers’ EOR and workforce solutions to US-based companies.
* Run the full 360° sales cycle—from lead generation and outreach to solution selling, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
* Develop and manage a portfolio of prospective clients, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
* Identify client challenges and advise on tailored solutions that meet their operational and strategic goals.
* Represent Hightekers at industry events (online and in-person) to build awareness and grow your network.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery and ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
* Meet monthly performance targets, contribute to US market growth, and support outbound sales success globally.
Who You Are
You’re not just skilled at sales—you’re a trusted advisor who thrives on human connection and smart solutions. You understand how business works and know how to tailor your approach to meet the needs of every client.
You bring:
* Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
* Deep understanding of the Dutch market and client expectations
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
* Confidence in using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* A proactive mindset, driven by results and structured follow-through
* Strong negotiation skills, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
* A collaborative approach—you believe in shared success
Bonus if:
* You've worked across markets or in a fast-growing, international sales environment.
* You have experience in the EOR, umbrella, or recruitment services industry.
* You’re familiar with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
* You speak other languages such as Dutch or French.
