We’re looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth and performance for the digital platforms of our client based in Liverpool.
Based at their modern HQ in Liverpool City Centre, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey across our website and digital touchpoints—driving engagement, boosting conversion rates, and enhancing the overall user experience.
This role combines digital strategy, performance marketing, UX/UI, SEO, and agile team leadership, with a strong focus on customer-centric innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead ecommerce strategy and optimise digital platforms to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
2. Manage website development, UX/UI design, SEO, and analytics to support scalable growth
3. Drive CRO and personalisation using A/B testing, user insights, and performance data
4. Oversee digital projects and third-party partnerships, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
