North Devon | £15 per hour | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | Temporary
Responsibilities
* Carry out production operations from raw materials intake through to finished product loading.
* Operate the raw material weighbridge and ensure intake requirements are met.
* Accurately record raw material figures and shunt when required.
* Produce high-quality products while optimising power usage, moisture control, and raw material efficiency.
* Load finished product correctly and on time to fulfil customer orders.
* Complete accurate data entry and compliance documentation.
* Undertake routine maintenance tasks such as die changes, magnet checks, oiling and greasing.
* Report hazards, damages, and incidents to support Health & Safety compliance.
* Deputise for the Team Leader when required.
Requirements
* Telehandler or FLT licence (essential).
* Own transport due to rural location.
* Previous production or manufacturing experience.
