Our client, a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm based in Holborn are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team.
The Opportunity
The successful Residential Property Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and have experience within Residential Property. Duties to include:
Opening new client files
Ensuring AML compliance
Managing completion and post completion duties
Drafting financial statements and invoices
Archiving files
Submitting AP1 and SDLT formsThis Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
