The Role:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok). You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored strategies, and deliver exceptional ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage innovative paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
* Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
* Create and manage engaging ad copy and creatives, collaborating with design teams where necessary.
* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing, making data-driven optimisations to improve results.
* Analyse campaign data and provide clients with clear, insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
* Stay at the forefront of paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for paid social activity.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, Content, Web Development) to ensure integrated digital strategies.
About You:
* Proven and strong experience in Social Media Marketing is essential.
* Must live within a commutable distance of Shrewsbury.
* Good knowledge of major social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Demonstrable experience in creating and managing successful paid social campaigns across various objectives (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
