About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you'll provide outstanding support to individuals while acting as a role model and mentor for staff, ensuring each person is empowered to achieve their life goals. Key Responsibilities: Person-Centred Support: Provide tailored support, enabling individuals to live the life they want. Safety and Health: Maintain the physical and emotional wellbeing of individuals, providing personal care with dignity. Independence and Communication: Support individuals to make informed choices, participate in the community, and develop life skills. Mentoring and Leadership: Provide mentoring, coaching, and supervision to staff, promoting best practices in support delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: At least 6 months paid experience supporting individuals in health and social care or community settings. Desirable: Previous experience using person-centred support plans; QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain qualification.
