Basic salary - £90,000 - £120,000 + Double OTE
We're partnered with a fast-scaling global payments fintech that is transforming how money moves across borders. They power next-generation APMs & real-time settlement across emerging and developed markets - enabling faster, smarter, more transparent payments for FinTech's, FX providers, e-commerce merchants, gaming platforms, digital asset businesses, and more.
They are now hiring an experienced Sales / Business Development Leader who brings strong APM experience and an active network across emerging markets.
What you’ll be doing - Alternative Payment methods - Emerging Markets
Driving new revenue across fintech, high-risk & digital economy sectors
Leveraging a strong book of business and regional relationships to win new clients
Positioning solutions across UPI, mobile money, A2A, digital wallets, stablecoins, and real-time cross-border payments
Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation through long-term account growth
Partnering closely with product, compliance & ops to deliver seamless onboarding and commercial success
Tracking market trends and emerging regulatory developments across India, Africa, South America & SE Asia
What we’re looking for - Alternative Payment methods - Emerging Markets
Proven success selling B2B payments / fintech solutions
Strong network in at least two of: India, Africa, South America, SE Asia
Experience with high-risk verticals (FX, gaming, crypto, digital commerce etc.)
Highly commercial communicator with excellent deal-crafting & relationship-building skills
CRM discipline and strong pipeline management
Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced growth environments
