HRLife is seeking an HR Operations Manager for an initial 7-month FTC to cover leave. The role involves managing a team of operational HR experts, working closely with the business to drive operational excellence, participating in projects, and supporting business growth.
You will develop global standards, frameworks, and processes for HR operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Collaboration with global HR teams to ensure adherence to governance frameworks and support with escalated employee lifecycle issues will be key.
The role includes overseeing operational aspects as they expand into new countries and supporting the global HRIS implementation.
Based in Oxford three days a week and remote two days, this role offers a dynamic environment for someone experienced in HR operations within a global context.
You will be involved in:
* Leading daily HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, employment changes, documentation, and offboarding.
* Line managing the EMEA HR Ops team, supporting their development and workload management.
* Ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs, compliance, and employee experience.
* Establishing governance frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards globally.
* Creating global onboarding, documentation, and policy management processes and templates.
* Collaborating with regional HR teams to embed standards while accommodating local compliance.
* Monitoring adherence to governance, resolving deviations.
* Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices globally.
* Leading cross-regional reviews for continuous improvement.
* Overseeing setup of new operations related to HR activities.
* Contributing to HRIS project, including testing and defining user requirements.
* Supporting change management and training for system adoption.
* Post-launch, supporting system enhancements and alignment.
* Managing global reporting on headcount, attrition, structure, and demographics.
* Ensuring data accuracy in all people systems.
* Supporting global mobility processes.
