Key Responsibilities
* Act as a leader within the Business Management function, collaborating across the organisation to support current and future programme needs.
* Provide clear financial analysis and insight to programme and leadership teams, influencing operational and strategic decisions.
* Take ownership of assigned accounts and programmes, ensuring accurate, timely and transparent financial management and reporting.
* Deliver robust forecasting, including IF, AOP, EACs and contract reporting in line with company policy.
* Support pricing activity for change orders, time and materials frameworks and complex opportunities.
* Conduct regular project-level financial reviews to ensure accurate revenue recognition and contract performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role.
* Strong numerical and analytical capability, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query desirable).
* Commercially aware, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
* Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment.
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
Security Clearance
Due to the nature of our work, you must be a UK national and be able to gain and maintain SC UK Government security clearance for this role.
