Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for an Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Excellence Teamsbased at our Head Office in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.

What You Will Be Doing As A Customer Service Coordinator
You will work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of key corporate customer accounts to ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction.
1. Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision making
2. Work closely with several Account Directors, to manage day to day client expectations
3. Pro-active management of outstanding jobs – order, service and callouts
4. Build professional business relationships with designated customers
5. Management of visit reports and quotations
6. Resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessary
7. Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI information
8. Organisation and prioritizing of own workload
9. Providing reports and PowerPoint presentations to Account managers and Clients.
Qualifications
What We Would Like You To Bring
You will be an exceptional Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a background in coordinating / supporting volume or national customer accounts, or have worked within an account management environment. You’ll be:
10. A natural communicator, with an ability to build rapport with our customers and your colleagues
11. Solution focused – Strive to understand and resolve potential issues whilst working to SLA’s/Deadlines
12. Solid IT literacy – Including strong, demonstratable Excel skills, you will be responsible for producing reports and analysing data
13. Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively – You’ll be working with a number of customers at any one time
