A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. Qualifications
* Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* Aspired to be part of a disruptive beauty brand and love all things Charlotte Tilbury.
* Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with varying needs.
